30 days refund guarantee on digital Coaching products from our store, Also this apply for Physical Graphics products only after return of the items purchased, for any refund please use the contact form on our website.
For Coaching Program:
Customers can only place a refund 30 days before the Coaching Program Start if unforeseen circumstances arise. If items for the Coaching has not yet been purchased, you may receive a full refund on the price of these items; If not you can only receive a partial refund in regards to what’s already spent towards your Coaching Spot and a cancellation fee of 5% from your initial deposit.
On digital products such as our eBooks, Logo, Video:
As our products are digital, returns are not accepted. Products are non refundable For general policies, the purchase of any eBooks Logo, and Video graphic from our website, at your own risk; Once you buy a eBook, you’ll be able to download it immediately. Learn from its great content, use it as you wish or resell it as many times as you want. Profit you make is all yours!
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
It may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an email once your cancellation of any of our coaching programs has been received & processed. Once your request for this cancellation is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
